APEVA SE
APEVA SE was founded in 2017 with focus on equipment development for the OLED display industry. APEVA is an affiliate company of APEVA SE. The product vision of APEVA is to deliver OLED display manufacturing lines based on its Organic Vapor Phase Deposition (OVPD) technology. APEVA has more than 17 years of OVPD experience 100% transferred from APEVA. OVPD enables fabrication of higher quality displays with lower overall production cost. APEVA SE is, as verified by VLSI Research Inc., the world leading supplier of equipment for semiconductor epitaxy with sales revenues of 196.5 M€ in 2016. In total APEVA has installed about 3000 MOCVD systems worldwide. APEVA’s Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) and APEVA’s OVPD equipment is used by a diverse range of customers worldwide to manufacture electro-optical products like lasers, LEDs and OLED displays and OPVs. The customized MOCVD and OVPD systems are the key technology enabling development and manufacture of compound semiconductors and many other multicomponent materials.
